T- / T- A100-L series marine turbocharger's design features:

T- A170-L type turbocharger cover ring (also called Turbine diffuser, gas outlet guide) belongs to one part of  T- / T- A100-L series exhaust gas turbocharger, and which is high efficiency single-stage turbocharger for two-stroke diesel engines. It's designed to give operators of low-speed two-stroke marine engines market leading levels of perforce, emissions compliance, application flexibility, total cost of ownership and operational safety.

  • High efficiency;

  • High pressure ratios: the T- A100-L is capable of delivering pressure ratios up to 5.0 combined with a high specific air volume flow.

  • Low noise: the air outlet silencer is integrated in the compressor casing for very effective noise reduction;

  • Step up perforce with High Pressure Tuning (HPT): 1. Higher peak firing pressures at low and part load achieved by an increase in the engine’s scavenging air pressure;  2. No excessive firing at full load thanks to an electronic agement system that varies compression ratio in each cylinder by controlling the timing of the exhaust valves; 3. Lower fuel consumption of up to 5 g /kWh;  4. HPT saves money for engine builders, ship owners and operators:
